When will my order be shipped?

If your order does not require customization can be shipped within 1 to 3 working days after ordering.

If your order needs to be customized, the processing time is 5 business days.

You will be notified by email when the order has shipped.

If your order has not been shipped for more than 7 days, please contact customer service.

All the parcels will need to be sent for between 12:am and 2:00pm If your order is missed

during dispatched, the warehouse will attempt to send the next working day.

When will my order arrive?

It depends on the logistics method you choose.

Standard shipping(regular shipping): It normally takes 10-25 working days.(the maximum shipping fee is $27)

Expedited shipping(DHL/Fedex): It normally takes 8-15 working days.(extra fees) 

Shipping time is the time of delivery, which starts from the tracking website uploading the information of your package.

DHL is not available in certain countries. Therefore, we will provide other suitable shipping methods for you.

If you want to receive your jersey as soon as possible, please choose express shipping . You will need to pay extra fees.
